This page is to advise you of what is in season, available and at its best. We’ve also created some value pack ideas for customers who want to stock the freezer and list a range of frozen shellfish lines we have available to order back at HQ Fleetwood.

In the months In the months of April and May, –

- Plaice is now starting to recover and should be at their best towards May. .

- Shetland Salmon and King Scallops are fantastic right now.

- South coast Mackerel (line caught) and Sea Bass should be good for the next 3 months. .

- Cod, Haddock and Hake are into their prime and should be chunky and white..
